Practice Times
Practice times for ages 5-6 will be the first time block, and then ages 7-12 will follow the second time slot, however, the overall schedule will follow the structure outlined below. Each swimmer will have a one-hour practice session and will not be expected to attend the full two-hour block.
Attendance for practice is not mandatory. We understand that families may have vacations, camps, and other commitments throughout the season. Swimmers are not required to attend both morning and afternoon sessions; these options are offered on select days to accommodate varying family schedules.
Please note that Friday practices will be held in the morning only and will not have an afternoon session
